Hi, I am JunYuan Cai. An ambitious graduated student pursuing Information system degree eager to contribute developed knowledge in IT. Skilled in C++ and C# in Coding settings. Adaptable and driven with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in team-based or individually motivated settings.
In a few yeas ago, I was an international student. Now I change my status to permanent resident. Being a foreigner is taught because you need study a second language, but it is also an advantage that I can speak two language, which gives me the first job, Radio host. I got a training opportunity by winning the Sing Tao Chinese Radio wonderful Radio drama Champion. After a few months training, I become a contractor for the Sing Tao Radio. Although the job is diffucult, success is always accomplished with challenging. The more difficult the problem accompanies, the greater the rewards will be. In addition to the host of Sing Tao, I was also invited to be the emcee of karaoke competition at Galileo High School in San Francisco.
Although I am so satisfy by working in Sing Tao, because of the pressure of academic and life needs, I had to quit the host job and look for a new job. Soon, through the help of friends, I found a part-time job for a restaurant in M.Y China. Working in a restaurant is not easy that everything is so tight that your job is not only feed the customers, but also act like a performance. On one hand, we need to have the best customer service. On the other hand, we need to work as fast as possible which allows us to serve more people for the maximum profit. However, I am very grateful to the M.Y China, not only because it gave me enough living expenses, but also because it taught me a lot. Because the restaurant is a large-scale company, I learned a lot of formal work rules such as how to coordinate work with your co-workers and asking for sick leave.
In addition, I joined many volunteer because I believe that working as volunteer can not only help others, but it can also improve yourself. Currently, I am working in San Francisco Airport for information volunteer. It is a fun job that you need to deal with many kinds of people who fly everywhere around the world, which makes it to be challenging. Passengers have the different culture, but it is the fun part of the job that I learn a lot. Even though people have a different kind of race and culture, listening is the most important of the communication that knowing what your customers want is the first step for success.
